The film is directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Abhijeet Mohan Warang.

The ensemble cast includes Amit Sadh, Namashi Chakraborty, Sameera Reddy, Tridha Choudhury, and Neetu Chandra. The film is backed by producers Nikhil Nanda and Sanjay Dutt under the banner of Nikhil Nanda Motion Pictures, with co-producers Puneet Nanda, Dr. Deepak Singh, Gaurav Dubey, and Ujjwal Anand.
The screenplay, story, and dialogues have been written by Utkarsh Naithani, while the music is composed by Monty Sharma with lyrics by Kumar Vishwas. With its latest teaser raising questions about historical narratives and interpretations, Aakhri Sawal continues to build anticipation ahead of its theatrical release on May 8, 2026.
