Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has announced a special film festival dedicated to celebrating his remarkable cinematic journey, giving fans a chance to revisit some of his most memorable performances on the big screen. The Shah Rukh Khan Film Festival will be held across India and select international theatres, marking a grand celebration of the actor’s legacy ahead of his 60th birthday on November 2.
On Friday, the Dilwale actor took to Instagram to share the announcement along with a heartfelt message about his enduring connection with cinema. Sharing a video, he wrote, “Main kaun hoon, kaun nahi… doesn’t really matter, as long as the lights, camera, and a little bit of love are still rolling. See you at the #ShahRukhKhanFilmFestival starting today. In select theatres across India, in association with PVR INOX. In select Cinepolis screens across India. The special two-week festival kicks off today and will showcase seven of SRK’s most iconic films, including Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Dil Se, Devdas, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express, and Jawan. Screenings will take place in collaboration with PVR INOX and Cinepolis across more than 75 cinemas in over 30 Indian cities.
In addition to the nationwide screenings, YRF International is bringing the celebration to audiences around the world, with releases scheduled in the Middle East, North America, the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
The festival promises to be a nostalgic treat for fans, offering them the rare opportunity to experience Shah Rukh Khan’s timeless performances once again on the big screen.
