On her Instagram Stories, Divyanka Tripathi shared a screenshot of an article with the headline, “Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s Ishita and Raman return to the Star Parivaar Awards stage, and it means the world!!!” This post served as her personal confirmation that she will be reuniting with her on-screen husband, Karan Patel, at the upcoming Star Parivaar Awards 2025.
The Star Parivaar Awards 2025 were filmed on September 20, according to Urban Asian, and will soon be broadcast on television. Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the awards show, the producers have reportedly brought together numerous iconic characters and actors for the event. Among the highlights, on-screen duo Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel are set to reunite.
The report also revealed that Ishita and Raman from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will be performing at the show, bringing their on-screen magic back to audiences nearly six years after the series ended. This news has left viewers feeling both excited and nostalgic.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein premiered in December 2013 and became one of Star Plus’s most successful shows. The series was a major hit for the channel, with the lead pair winning the Favourite Jodi Award multiple times.
On the work front, Karan Patel was last seen in the lead role of Manav Awasthi in the film Darran Chhoo, released in October 2023. Directed by Bharat Ratan, the movie also features Pragati Anand, Kiran Bhargava, Amit Dolawat, and Manoj Joshi in key roles, and follows the story of a man grappling with the frustrations of life’s unpredictability.
Meanwhile, Divyanka Tripathi was last seen in The Magic of Shiri, a television series that premiered on JioCinema in November 2024. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Tanveer Bookwala under Jio Studios, the series also stars Jaaved Jaaferi, Namit Das, Darshan Jariwala, Nishank Verma, and Parmeet Sethi in prominent roles.
