Bollywood actor Sonu Sood’s fitness journey has inspired many. In a recent interview, the National Hero shared insights into his fitness regime, giving fans a deeper look into his disciplined life. He also dispelled common myths about fitness diets. “People often have this misconception that you NEED to have a meaty diet for a great physique, but I’ve learned it’s more about sticking to a disciplined diet rather than snacking on seeds or diving into junk food,” he said. The actor emphasised that it’s not just what you eat, but also how much and in what proportions.
Despite his busy schedule, Sonu never misses a workout, considering it a vital discipline in his life. He also advocates for staying active throughout the day. “Even during times like watching TV, I find ways to keep moving with crunches, push-ups, and sit-ups. These simple activities help me stay on my toes and reinforce the importance of being active and healthy,” he added.
The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Fateh, where he serves as the lead actor, writer, director, and producer. The film, which revolves around the concept of cybercrime and its growing threat to India, features Naseeruddin Shah and Jacqueline Fernandez.
